Life on this earth can be relentless. Things can feel very heavy. The pain can seem endless and exhausting. Things may not be clear. The thoughts that plague you won't leave.
Maybe you feel stuck in the same cycle and you don't want to repeat the same patterns that you have in the past. You want the tools to find a new path. You are lost, and can't seem to find the way forward.
I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families on relationship issues, developing insight, communication, anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief counseling, prenatal and postpartum, medical diagnoses, communication concerns and other relational concerns you may have.
My Approach
I feel that it is an honor to walk with people in various seasons of life in the role of a therapist. I value your time and energy and I want to see you get to where you want to be, and a place where you can be more free to walk each day in hope.
My practice focuses on acceptance and commitment therapy, solution focused, relational and person centered models of therapy. My desire is to help you find a sense of healing, and ways to cope with pain and difficulty. If you feel stuck and you are tired of the same patterns, it would be a great joy to help you move forward and grow.
